PEG Writing Project Manager

Responsibilities Include:

  • Attending educational conferences, sales presentations, and client meetings to provide product demonstrations, program features, and product overviews
  • Developing strategic plans and materials to attract new customers through email, Mail Chimp, and other marketing campaigns
  • Providing customer service and account management to retain current customers
  • Participating in the uploading and onboarding of new clients using the CRM system
  • Setting up accounts and courses for students, instructors, and administrators
  • Conducting presentations through webinars and on site locations to potential clients
  • Providing customer service and technical support
  • Monitoring program usage and providing customers with support to increase usage as needed
  • Communicating frequently with trial account customers to convert to opportunities
  • Providing documentation to clients with product updates, best practices, and program enhancements
  • Collaborating with writing team and product management to coordinate and plan sales strategies,  product enhancements, delivery, and priorities
  • Managing outside sales representatives and tracking their activity
  • Reporting accurate sales projections, trial enrollments, and account activities
  • Other duties as may be assigned by supervisor

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
  • Knowledge in formative assessment practices
  • Some experience in outside sales and marketing

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-5 years of teaching and/or administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of LMS platforms (Blackboard, Canvas, Clever, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products
  • High level of technical knowledge
  • Ability to work well in a strong team-oriented environment
