Trials
MI Write offers free trials to any new user who is not affiliated* with a current MI Write subscribing school or district. Free trials consist of 2 teacher accounts and up to 30 student accounts. Trial users have full access to the MI Write platform for 30 days. At the end of the trial period, users will have the opportunity to purchase a subscription.
Under special circumstances, trials may be extended for larger groups of users and/or longer trial periods.

Refunds
Schools
In the rare instance that a classroom, school, or district requests a refund for MI Write services, the following criteria must be met:
- Request must be received in writing within 30 days of roster completion
- Training has been completed
- Evidence (email, HelpDesk, etc …) of attempts to address the reason for refund request
Should all of the above criteria be met, a refund will be issued, minus a 15% cancellation fee.
Individuals
Refunds for individual MI Write subscriptions must be requested within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all purchases are final. To request a refund, please forward your payment receipt including your reason for cancellation to support@miwrite.net.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and, if the original purchase was by credit card, will be refunded in the next credit card cycle.
